note-to-self zine

In our live class last weekend we made two types of zines, and I want to show you one of them. I didn't have a name for it last week, but now that I've sat with mine on my desk for a week I've realized it's a note to self zine and it may just become part of my routine sketching practice.

If you'd like to join in, here's how you make one.

Take a piece of paper that you are able to paint on. I'm using smooth (hot press) watercolor paper, but you can use anything! We're going to be painting and folding, so both thicker and thinner papers have their pros and cons.
